I’m sorry for sounding harsh, I just miss Aglow and want to feel comfortable. I do understand that everyone’s doing the best they can and judging anyone isn’t fair. I’m looking forward to what the Lord has for Aglow.

I was just talking to my friend Pam who receives these newsletter last year about why Women’s Aglow isn’t doing anything in our town anymore. I said somethng silly to her about it needs a fresher involvement at reaching different women age groups to touch them where they are at in their lives. Our town Campbell River BC has not seen a Women’s Aglow movement for quite awhile and I started feeling very excited about it starting up again. My statement above is because the way it was before in this town was very ridget and unbending on how they decided things would work and not listening to any outside ideas. I’m sorry but I remember being a new Christian and telling a leader in Women’s Aglow about giving a testamony and saying I sure would be nervous and have them tell me I hadn’t been a Christian long enough to give one. I really felt a harshness in this group and eventually stop going even though I loved the gatherings. I know live in Courtenay 40 miles away from Campbell River and not sure if there is anything happening here either. I have been having a strong yearning to see the return here.

We are being awaken to the amazing purposes of God, to being present future people. Lord raise up your government more and more in my heart and in the heart of Aglow worldwide.

Dear Jane, I have been part of the he Finnish Aglow board since we moved back to Finland 2009. I am actively involved in Aglow both nationally and internationally. You find me in our website representing Finland in the Houston conference which I found one of the best thus far.
I am pleased to tell you that your blog material has confirmed the content of my notes taken in Houston and now in Budapest. We have started to translate your blogs and publish them in our website. But this goes further. We are about to start 2012 divine accomplishment and governmental perfection prayer work (walk) both on an individual but also on national basis. The flickering flame looks now more like a true fire, a resurrection fire.

As a friend said this morning, “May I wake up everyday looking for a way I can be kind or helpful or loving.” As we lay ourselves down and reach out to the Poor, we raise the cause of Christ higher. May our lives be laid down to serve Him.

This confirms what I already believed God was saying to me at the beginning of this year. God has been speaking about the need for a fresh and complete surrender.

Matthew 12:25 says ‘Every kingdom, city or house divided against itself will not stand’. I am challenged to ensure that all choices and decisions I make this year, and every year hereafter, is not influenced by any authority other than His. Our God hasn’t signed for a coalition government, he has designed it that his people are governed first and foremost by his authority and guidance.

It’s time for who Christ really is to be expressed through his people.
