As a friend said this morning, “May I wake up everyday looking for a way I can be kind or helpful or loving.” As we lay ourselves down and reach out to the Poor, we raise the cause of Christ higher. May our lives be laid down to serve Him.

This confirms what I already believed God was saying to me at the beginning of this year. God has been speaking about the need for a fresh and complete surrender.

Matthew 12:25 says ‘Every kingdom, city or house divided against itself will not stand’. I am challenged to ensure that all choices and decisions I make this year, and every year hereafter, is not influenced by any authority other than His. Our God hasn’t signed for a coalition government, he has designed it that his people are governed first and foremost by his authority and guidance.

It’s time for who Christ really is to be expressed through his people.

I thank Him for a new mind set as I, continue the process of making Him

EXCELLENT! For November and December I kept humming a hymn and realized it was an Easter hymn. I said Lord we are about to celebrate your birth and You have me singing about resurrection a rebirth, a new birth. This Christmas 2011 was our rebirth into something awesome that He has planned. Hosea 6:1 Come and let us return unto the LORD: for HE hath torn, and HE will heal us; HE hath smitten and HE will bind us up. Thank you LORD. We as a people has fallen short.

I was busy in my house when I heard God say to me. It’s high time for my time. I am coming to take the government over. I have heard this in the Spirit several times since then. Today my husband and I went to Columbus, Ohio Daytime Aglow and the speaker, Lois Hosier, read a prophecy the Lord gave to her concering this year. Part of it says exactly what you are saying here. She was confirming that God is coming to take the government over. I believe He is.

our focus for Aglow this comming year should be the body of christ, and knowing who we are there need to be more teaching for the lighthouse’s on who they are in christ. we trust that you had a good holiday.

My husband and I were just discussing the word ‘new’ the other day during our devotion time. God gives us a new sunrise everymorning…makes me think of the scripture – His mercies are new every morning, great is His faithfulness! Other examples: We try a new recipe, buy new clothes, we write new goals for the year, we meet new friends, we get a new job, we receive a new grandbaby, we get new ideas, God gives us a new song….the list can go on….each new thing brings out a new excitement in our hearts…I believe that the Lord want to do ‘new things’ in each of us this year. Lord have your way in us today…it’s a new day!!
