Strange that I would read this story at 6:15 am after waking up from a dream. I coulnd’t go back to sleep so I came in to check my e-mail and seen the title of this story and my first thought was ” God my dream was from you” I would like to share it with you. I had been in a meeting somewhere and everybody that I walked up to fell out in the spirit. Some I touch and some I didn’t. I left the meeting and walked to a grocery store. God was all over me. I was walking thu the store saying” Who says revival can’t happen in a store.” Walked in to a back room where the store manger was having a metting. He ask what I was looking for. I took his mike and spoke the same words. Everyone in the meeting fell out under the power of God.

This is wonderful, Jane! I have always cherished the fact that, unlike happiness, JOY is not circumstantial! My own family is experiencing cutbacks: one pay decrease that was effective on the first of December. I suppose the humor is that my husband’s employer is telling us to quickly replace the loss of our second vehicle while he deducts resources to make that happen. But God! Unlike the systems of this world, we are richly plugged into GOD’S DIVINE PROVIDENCE!

PRAISE HIM!!!

This is a devotion from today that I send out, it fits so with the whole idea of this blog!
Oh Yes Lord, I Believe You!

Your needs and My riches are a perfect fit. I never meant for you to be self-
sufficient. Instead, I designed you to need Me not only for daily bread but also
for fulfillment of deep yearnings. I carefully crafted your longings and feelings of
incompleteness, to point you to Me. Therefore, do not try to bury or deny these
feelings. Beware also of trying to pacify these longings with lesser gods:
people, possessions, power.

Come to Me in all your neediness, with defenses down and with desire to be
blessed. As you spend time in My Presence, your deepest longings are fulfilled.
Rejoice in your neediness, which enables you to find intimate completion in Me.

Philippians 4:19; Colossians 2:2-3

Father, I need more of you, in every fiber of my being, and every portion of my life.
You have designed me to desire after You, to need You, and I know that I do! Without
You, I can do nothing! With You, “nothing is impossible!” I humbly draw close to You to
fulfill my deepest longings, I am made whole and complete in You. Our continual,
intimate relationship is where I find the Peace I need to “Press in and Press on!”
This is the day You’ve made, and I do rejoice in it! Looking forward to the new things
You’ll instill within my heart and life today. Before I see them, I recieve them!
